Shit I Dig: Brooklyn Night Bazaar

BK Bazaar 1

The Brooklyn Night Bazaar is back!

Apparently we get a few extra weeks this year and it’s sticking around until the end of January. The festivities will be taking place every Friday and Saturday for the next two months and will feature some pretty awesome (and more importantly) INDEPENDENT art and fashion (perfect for your holiday dollars).

Things on the music front are pretty solid too. Frankie Rose, Heavenly Beat, Ski Lodge, Spank Rock, Bear Hands, Party Supplies, Desert Sharks, A Place to Bury Strangers and a hell of a lot more will be gracing the stage.  Needless to say you know where you’ll probably find me this holiday season.

There will also be a plethora of food and drinks to choose from.

For all things Brooklyn Night Bazaar be sure to check out their website.

And of course, follow them on Twitter and Facebook

Fashion’s Night Out @ Helmut Lang

Fashion’s Night Out was a crazy night indeed. The streets were littered with people wearing their best (or just most expensive) clothes.

I spent the night at Helmut Lang sipping on Macallan and enjoying tunes spun by Swedish electropop duo Icona Pop. La Sera performed (great set too) and I got a picture with Katy Goodman (in a Helmut Lang dress that probably costs a small fortune.)

All in all it was a very fun time.
